Station Policy for content delivery and accounting information.

Commercial content deliver

All content (commercial content) MUST be at the facility no later than three BUSINESS days (72 hours) prior to broadcast. The station will make an effort to ingest into the playback system but will bill for any time scheduled until the content is ingested and ready for broadcast. A surcharge will be applied of $50 in addition if content is not available within the 72 hour window. The station will "fill" with programming of its choosing to maintain a full broadcast day.

Commercial scheduling change orders

The station will not except "change orders" within three BUSINESS days (72 hours) of scheduled broadcast times. Content will broadcast as scheduled and billed as scheduled during the 3 day period. All changes will contain the stations sales order number.

Program content deliver

All programming MUST be at the facility no later than One BUSINESS week prior to broadcast. The station will make an effort to ingest into the playback system but will "fill" with programming of its choosing to maintain a full broadcast day.

Misc. Policy on for Traffic & Sales

Notification - We will make an effort to notify content provider of anything not in-house at the designated 3 day. And will be a surcharge for the logs.

Post-Logs can only generated weekly the Tuesday after the following broadcast week. Cost will not be included. Post logs will be in PDF format. Invoicing will be sent for any outstanding balances ONLY at no charge to client (if there is zero dollars due we will not invoice). All traffic instruction from clients or sales person MUST contain Station’s sales order number.

Billing

“As run”, “billing” and other log functions cannot be processed the Monday after the last week of billing Month at the earliest.

“Post logs” if requested may have a $25 charge per and will contain only times and description no dollar amounts will be shown.

If requested in invoicing may contain “as run Logs” however “Affidavits” may be supplied at a change of $10 per.
